Seriously?!

One would guess that we would go get our taxes done on Thursday, and a 1099 for some money Levi transferred from his old works 401K into a ROTH account would show up on Friday. Seriously?! What is the luck. I mean, we made it for in February because everything, we thought, had to be here by the end of January. Guess not. Lovely. Another trip back to have the taxes redone and hopefully we wont be losing too much more money. Then a trip to Home Depot to get another toilet kit (for the back of the toilet) because seriously a second toilet in this house is leaking. Thankfully its only leaking down into the bottom of the toilet, but the back of the toilet was emptied within an hour and its a guest bath so we potentially didn't realize it for who knows how long! It could of been this way since we moved in, wasting a ton of water. Ohhh yea. And I'm picking out paint for the nursery. I mean, office. :P Of course that is the room that will be a nursery some day. So its just going to be a light yellow color. This was the one room in the house that we thought we didnt have to paint until a few years down the road when it would be a nursery. Seeing how dirty the rooms were when they actually appear clean makes me know that we are going to have to wash and paint ever surface in this house. Carpet included. Which didn't get done in the guest bedroom. Maybe i'll just go around the bed when I do the office, and then when we change it into a kids room someday we'll just replace the carpet. Because seriously, i can imagine what might be in these carpets. Ugh. LOL! And I was going to redo the office at the end of this month, but now got asked to work over night and into the next day and then that same day but in the evening for another family, so my 4 day weekend is shimmed down to 2 days. Not sure if i want to tear apart that room knowing how much work will need to be done (like 3 coats on the ceiling... sigh) when i know it wont get done in 2 days. Yea. And I'll be looking at paint colors for our room. Its hard to decide on the grays because well theres so many different shades of gray. Blue grays, green grays, purple grays... so on so forth. I just want plain gray! LOL! but every light makes it look different, so i think i'll take a pillow sham along to home depot today and maybe get two sample paints to bring home and put up on the wall and see. We shall see. :) And i'm super jealous of the people on Bath Crashers right now. Their bathroom that is being redone is honestly bigger then our office. I wish. Oh well, someday we'll redo that room and then itll be teenie tiny and pretty. :) Alrighty I'm done. I feel like all i do on here recently is vent. I can promise eventually, you'll see some projects hopefully finished. :) Until then... Later!
