Incase your wondering, i made it through my crazy weekend full if work. Thankfully its a call week which means im off today and work friday. That is good considering i worked every day this weekend, but not good considering ill have a shory weekend this coming weekend. And im sick. :( Some of the kiddos i took care of this weekend were sick, so im not sure if i caught what they had, or if its from the pizza hut we had yesterday. I say that meaning weve eaten strickly all healthy not bad greasy food for over w month and a half now, and then to eat that i think threw my body off. Or maybe its a combo of both. Whatever it is, its made me give up all my plans for today and resort to spending quality time with my couch. :) oh well, after this weekend, thats much appreciated as well. Annnnyways before i was working yesterday i was trying to help levi cut some of the wood for the closet. Needless to say, he threw the saw he was using a few times.. hes kind of a perfectionist. He was using one of those hand cordless ones because we had borrowed levis dads table saw from karas but the wood stuff is too big to cut on the table saw so we had to get it into smaller workable pieces first. Yeaaa not pretty. After finally getting the first piece off and him saying hes done and we just ruined the piece of wood altogether i was a lil concerned if he was going to make it through this project. :) then he went and set a pencil ontop his tool box which made a screw driver fall and baaaarely missed hitting his truck! And those who know levi, know how terrible it would of been if a screw driver hit his truck!! Lol! So my mom and dad were coming over to go to menards to look at lights for in their basement. They wanted levis opinion. So i called mom, told her to have dad go with levi to menards and wed 'pretend' we were going grocery shopping. My dad knew the plan tho, that we were going to home depot. When they couldnt find what they were looking for at menards, dad called us to find it at home depot! Genius levi wasnt spose to know where we were! Lol! So levi was a lil confused and wondering what i was doing at home depot! Anyways after having the lovely home depot boys (4 of them... with a fork lift!!) put levis surprise into the back of my moms van, we were on our way home! So once levi got home he opened the back to find this beauty! We are now the proud owners of the biggest ridgid table saw home depot had to offer! :) My long brutal over worked weekends money is gone, but i have one happy husband! And we can now officially cut the big pieces of wood without ruining anymore! He complained about not having the right tools for the job, ask and you shall receive! As I said to him last night... "Happy Valentines day, Happy birthday, Happy Anniversary, Merry Christmas, Happy Easter... st patricks day... fourth of july... memorial day... labor day... thanksgiving... halloween..." and so on so forth.. you get the point! ;) no more presents for hubby cause hes spoiled rotten! Now if only i can stick to not buying him anything else the rest of the year... well see! Lol!!!
