So in an effort to try and be healthier, I have been making home made bread for our house for well over a month already. Not sure if I've posted much on it, and i took these pictures once upon a time, so I thought i'd share. I've also been getting up to make Levi's breakfast (cause otherwise he wont eat breakfast at all!) and pack him a lunch (cause otherwise he won't eat lunch either!)

Breakfast! Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, bread (pretty sure one of his pieces is gone, cause usually theres two! lol!) and a glass of milk.

A sandwich for lunch... This was some thick ham, not his fav, but still obviously a sandwich. This is the kind of bread I make the most, its part wheat. Its 2 cups of bread flour and 1 cup of wheat flour. Healthy, but not an over kill on being whole wheat. :)

His lunch all packed. A water, granola bar, apple (usually is a banana tho!) two reese's peanut butter cups, and his sandwich.
Trying to be healthy is hard work ya know! :)
