So I was going to wait until feb 15th to start this, but my dress for my cousin Deannas wedding has to be ordered feb 9th so i thought its more important to start now then have a dress that doesnt fit at all. Reason for waiting til feb 15 incase ur curious is cause the gyms will slow down by then from new years resolutions that failed and id have time to prepare everythin, make sure i got it all set, and then i could have valentines day as my last day of freedom. Lol oh well, tomorrow is my new last day. Only reason its not today is cause i need to get things together, meal plans made, groceries gotten, ad im working tonight til well after midnight so ill prob be a lump tomorrow. :P
Anyways, tonight i did research on my fone looking up stuff. Obviously im talking weight loss stuff. I have a little weight to loss and definitely lots to tone. I about passed out just taking a walk with my boys the other day. That was a definite bonus to almost 50 degree weather in january! Anyways, with two weddings for me later this year, i need to shape up. And incase your going to say it, spare me. If you have more weight to lose then me, thats fine. But dont just tell me im skinny and have nothing to loss. Im tettering at almost 150 lbs right now, biggest ive ever been, worst shape my muscles have ever been in, and unlike a lot who read here, i havnt had a kid so i have no reason to be this way! So i may not have a ton of weight to lose, but ive got a ton of work on this body of mine. Id appreciate only encouraging words of saying its great im trying to get healthy.
Moving on, im going to do mostly at home work outs. I have an exercise ball and mat with a dvd so thats what ill start with this week while my other stuff im ordering comes in. Im ordering jillians 30 day shred and the complete zumba workout. I belong to planet fitness and plan on doing bicycle, eliptical, weights, and the thigh machine there on the weekends. I will do the at home workouts during the week, rotating what im doing daily as to not over work anything, and ill do it in the morning since i get up to make hubby breakfast before he goes to work. I get up at 5 he leaves at 530 and my earliest i have to be to work is 7 so ill have a good 45 minutes to work out before i need to get ready.
The next best part is myfitnesspal.com which Sam introduced me to. They even have an app for it on my phone! Love it! Its free and tracks all your calories for you and your weight loss. Its kind of like facebook so you add your friends. Obviously i have sam, and i invited my mom, but if your interested in weight loss or just tracking your foods you should join! Then we can encourage eachother! :)
Hmm i think thats about it. Except to make healthy foods. Thatll be a work in progress. Ill be searching for healthy recipes tomorrow, and will definitely share anything that turns out great! :)
Anyways, for now thats all ive got. I have tons of great pictures to share, but cant do that from my phone, so that will have to wait. Later!
