Just one sneak peek of the flowers because i miraculously got them finished thanks to much help from my parents! Huge weight taken off my shoulder! So happy right now!!!
Ive self diagnosed myself with gout. What is gout? Uric acid build up in smaller joints of feet, for example your toes. Not really sure what all that means, but what i do no is my big toe hurts worse then anything! It makes me wana cry! And i have no time for hurting toes. Or knees for that fact, as my 'good' knee has been acting up like crazy lately. My brother and mom both have gout, hence why im self diagnosing myself with it. Also cuz i have no time for doctor visits this week. When summer gets here ill get in and officially get diagnosed. Until then ill be icing my knee and toe like its going out pf style! ;)
I have 120 leaves to make, 30 large flowers, 60 medium flowers, and 120 mini flowers. Out of fondant. In multiple colors. Need to get them all cut and shaped tom night as to get them drying for the shower. But im super excited about them. :) i cant wait to post a pic, but ill wait to show the real thing! ;)
We had a great weekend. Didnt get much done. Shower is coming quickly. Levis surgery is coming quickly! Weve given up the idea of shampooing the carpets becuz there is just no time. :( but itll be fine cause when we turn it from office to nursery we can do it then. Caleb came over tonight to make us a custom entertainment stand for the living room. Designed by yours truly! Makes me actually want to redo the living room! Which is a huuuge statement becuz i have no interest right now as its a huge undertaking.
I bought a new dress for the shower! It makes me look skinny! Its so cute! And from kohls. I love it. I bought a new diff one that im going to take back because id of had to wear a strapless bra with it and when i got home and tried it on with the strapless bra i then texted nikki (allies sis) and said id have to figure something else out because i looked like ive breast feed approximately 10 children. It was terrible. So taking that one back! This one is got tshirt sleeves, a higher neckline with no worry of falling out, cute 'lace' look stuff on the back and amazingly i can wear a normal bra and hence the 'girls' shall be in their appropriate locations. :) and it almost goes to my knee!! Seriously its sooo nice and appropriate i loooove it! Again, i cant wait to share pictures!!
I had an ortho appointment friday. I had a really good attitude going up. Beautiful day it was and so i kept in mind to enjoy the views at 6am on my sunny drive into GB and enjoy those views! So thats what i did. If i would of been in my normal 'uhhh its so early im so tired' moods i would of probably stomped out in tears. Things took a crazy turn mid appointment. The worst tooth in my mouth hasnt come down as expected. So had to make alterations. Left a little sad but certain i could keep going. With my knew silver button on one of my front teeth. Its truly beautiful. ;) they even offered me neon rubber bands for it! Lol! Just in time for the shower! Lovely!
Oh! And yesterday i walked in my first 5k. It was to raise money for cancer research. We did it for my uncle. Hes reallllly not doing good now. A few more hospital visits have happened. Hes been in there more then not. Theres a hospital bed at home for him now. Its so sad. :((( we (allie, sam, my mom, and myself) walked it in about 50 minutes. Thats actually pretty good considering there was thousands of people and you couldnt even walk decent without stepping on people! We ran up the 'hill of hope' where theres cancer survivors and their families ringing bells cheering you on to keep on going. It was so inspiring! Thinking of the pain theyve gone thru makes you so willing to push through it all. And now were all considering training to run a 5k in sept for breast cancer.
And lastly, ive been scolding hubby all weekend as hes been opening the sunroof. 'dont you know the birds are out to get me?! Theyll poop right in the car!!!' And so its been beautiful weather but we will enjoy it with the sun coming thru the sun roof window, not actually having it open! :)

I just now realized i lied. And youll have to excuse me. I definitely will not have the room put back together to update the pictures in two weeks. No lies, itll be much longer. :( but about 3 weeks and ill be going down in hours for summer (which is good for my disorganized house/ bad for my pay check! Lol!) And hopefully ill get it put back together then. :)
Just to clarify, i wont be getting everything done yet becuz i am so busy i can hardly think straight! Im working every day for like every week and weekend and nights and ahhh! Lol! I had last night off so as soon as i got done working i went to run errands! I have tons of them to get caught up on! Got the stuff i need to make the cupcake toppers for the shower, got a dress! Shoes! Jewelry! For the shower, got a surprise errand ran with my auntie, got boxes i needed for the prizes for the shower, bought the clock ive been drooling over for our living room, and ran stuff back to allies house amd showed her my dress! I also ran a few errands close to work with my boys cause those stores close before i get out of work. Honestly i woke up at 5 am yesterday. Got up, started the bread machine cause we needed bread. Made levis breakfast. Packed his lunch. Said adios to him. Watched him drive away and started painting! Half way thru rolled bread dough and let it rise and out it in oven. finished painting. Took bread to cool to work so i could bag it after. Then went to work. So all that before 730 am. Then worked until 445. Ran all my errands, and didnt get home until 930. Made levi a snack. Tried on my dress for him! Took it off while he got ready for bed. Got in bed. Well after 10. Realized i never ate supper! Thought my body was far to tired to do anything about it so i fell fast asleep! Lol!
That was a crazy long day. Today was going to be the same way (if not longer!) But a horribly bad day has changed my plans! Not that it was that bad, im just sitting here cringing to go take a shower. Lol!
I got to work for 815 and we have to leave by 840 for elis school. All would be fine if it was a normal school day but it wasnt. It was their park trip so we had to meet at a park and stay the 2 hrs of class. So i had to pack the diaper bag up and stroller and emmett was still eating breakfast. Needless to say we were a few minutes late. Oh well! Still okay. Play at the park for two hours. Emmett usually sleeps during that time. Of course there was no way he wld cuz he was over tired and watching kids screaming. Lol! Then i find out that a mom had handed out a paper last week about the project for the teachers thank you gifts. She never gave me one! So i got told they have to go put their finger prints on a ceramic thing at this shop a few blocks from school. Thought great with an already over tired baby! But alas it has to be done BY TOMORROW so no other time to do it. Stuck far to much money in the meter so told them we could walk and get a strawberry smoothie from copper rock. So thats what we did. Walked back, got both boys in car, stroller and bags in, now just standing at back of car waiting for traffic to go by so i can get in. And what do you think happened next? Can you guess? I felt like Alicia should be there to take a pic. She just loved this when it happened in mexico. Have you figured it out? Yes, indeed a bird pooped on me. In mexico, it was on my arm. Not bad. This time. This was bad! :( i didnt even realize what it was at first! The parts that were on me were clear. The parts scattered alllllll over the car were white tho so i quickly realized what happened! I had only two dots on my hands. I did feel one drop on my head, slowly convinced myself to touch it. It was clear also. Not that it really matters. Lol! I got in car and looked in the mirror. Couldnt find it anywhere. Just wiped where i thought it was (i mean it was there, just clear do i couldnt see it! Ugh!) With some napkins and then realized that bird must have been one of thee most constipated birds ever. Or a whole group! Lol! My entire windshield was almost covered. My door handle was of course wonderfully covered. It was like a clip out of something you see in the movies! So away we went. To the car wash. And then home. The baby fell asleep for a mire 20 minutes. So of course he thought he was done sleeping. Got half his norm amount of lunch in him. Put him down for nap. I thankfully had a sweatshirt on so i took that off and havent found anything else on me. I canceled my work for tonight, because as i said, all i feel like doing is going home and showering!
Hopefully things go a little smoother for the rest of the week. I have 80 some cupcake toppers to make. The bedrooms done being painted, but we want togo shampoo carpets and hopefully thatll happen this weekend in between practicing the cupcakes for next weekend to make sure we no what were doing. Lots of other ends to tie up before next weekend, which if you havent caught on is my soon to be sister in laws shower! Also of course levis surgery got scheduled for the 18th. 2 days before the shower! ;) gotta keep things interesting! Levi will be off work for a month its sounding. He wont be able to return to his normal job (of being a mechanic!) Until at the absolute earliest the doc said 4 months post surgery. I think hes going to be going bonkers! ;)
So there goes a ton of our summer plans. But well replace them with hopefully some more leisure plans of relaxing! We shall see tho! Thats all i no! Later! :)
Only one more coat of yellow for the main walls and we should be done! At least i hope only one more coat! Weve had to buy more paint and lots more painting supplies so id rather not need to get more... again! Its taken a long time to get the smallest bedroom painted but considering i havent had a single day off since i started this project (well except yesterday!) Ill give myself credit for making it this far! And let me tell you, last time we painted, it was just that. We! This time, no we. This time only I (with the exception of him painting half of the closets one coat) since he cant really use his one arm which of course is the one he paints with. So its been all me, which is fine since i was the one who tore it apart and began the project without his knowing. ;) Anywho, no just one more coat of just rolling (ive got all edges covered real good i think!) And then ill be onto the cleaning up process. Which will probably take a while since were going to shampoo the carpet since someday, itll hopefully be a nursery. Also ive got a great idea for a dresser to be redone as my storage for my craft stuff and i need to paint the curtain rod/shelf thing that was in here before that looks 'gladiator themed' as i call it, but hopefully going stark white will make it look better and be a great spot for some knick knacks. And then rearranging and putting the big mess all back in and it shall be done! So give me another 2 weeks and i should be back with another update! ;) later! (ps notice the new lighting!! Love it!)
This week flew by! I had so much going on keeping myself busy that i hardly noticed hubby was gone! Well except when it came time to sleep and i couldnt and therefore i lost my brain at work a few times later in the week after many sleepless nights got to it! It was quite hysterical all the things i did wrong, misplaced, forgot in general. I kept telling Jane my brain would be back Friday, and id try not to lose any kids in the mean time. ;) Anyways its safe to say my brain (and hubby) are back and i didnt lose any kids! :)
Anyways i took a few pics of us playing outside one day after school this week when it was beautiful out. Dont ask me which day cause i cant remember! Lol! Isaac is big into basketball, which i love of course. He loves playing against me, and i love to play with him. Its the one sport im not a total flop on, so ill play it all day if it gets me out of say baseball! Lol! Hes also big into football since hes playing in a league on saturdays. Tball just started last night for him, andi matts the coach. Matt played college baseball and was a star i guess so he tries to get the boys to play as much as they can. Its cute though cause isaac just started shooting hoops one day out of no where and doesnt play that sport with any kids his age so i personally think maybe thats his sport since hes just taking to it all on his own! And hes pretty good! :)
Eli loves being outside, and loves playing imaginary type games. Loves trucks and tractors and is always telling me hes too small for sports. He loves to ride bike and loooves anything yellow! :) hes as sweet as he is stubborn but ya gotta love them for all their worth! ;)
And little sir emmett, my stinker bear. He is so naughty sometimes its ridiculous! Like even if they werent planning on him being the last baby itd make me never want to have another! Honestly its hilarious he already throws temper tantrums and the whole nine yards... and hes 10 months old! He is sooo sweet and loveable and hes honestly one of thee funniest babies ive ever seen. Hell do anything to make someone laugh! Hes constantly getting into places he shouldnt be, like under the chairs... or eating grass and wood chips! :)
And while hubby was gone i decided to tear appart the office with my parents help. Thats the reasoning for the two desks in our bedroom and only enough room to get to our closet was left for walking space! And all the stuff by the front door! Of course thats the time two little girls come ringing door bells for donations for the JDRF and they looked at me like i was nuts when i came out of the garage and told them i cant open my front door! Lol!! Anyways i got some of it painted... and it needs another coat. And the closet will have to be raised like the guest bedroom did. Im painting it yellow... altho in the pics it looks a lil more yellow then it is in person. But im extremely happy with it. I wanted it to be a nice calming yellow so when its a nursery in about 10 yrs itll be nice and soothing... lol!
One random fact i learned... our old duplex the landlord had a rule of 8 holes per room. I thought it was dumb and pointless. We didnt pay any attention to it and just put pics up according to what we wanted. Well let me tell you i now would make that rule my own if i was a landlord after having to patch holes in that office!!! 15 holes... on 1 wall!!! And 8 on another.. and then 2 and 2 for the other remaining walls. 27 holes total for 1 room! (If im adding properly in my head lol) and theres plenty of other spots that had already been patched in that room! Crazy people!
So anyways the ceiling will be white and the walls all yellow. Levi came home (he didnt no i did it) and saw the part near the ceiling where you can see some of the original grayish coloring and said 'is that the original color?! I thought it was a white room!' Its so crazy how rooms look white but in reality are grayish brown! And no where near white!
Well thats all i really know. I have a crazy busy weekend. I work every single day this weekend as im even working right now (for the family w 5 kids.. but theyre all sleeping thankfully!) And its my short weekend since its a call weekend at my norm job and im just exhausted from levi being gone. And levis exhausted from being gone and from his arm. And its another week wait until we find out when the probable surgery will take place. Poor hubby. :(
No worries if you're under the weather! Dr. Emmett will make things better! And hes the cutest doctor ive ever seen if i do say so myself! ;)
The wife will go shopping!!! Not sure if its the best deal gotten but i want it and i want it now! Before hubby comes home and says no! ;) im sure hell see this later and be making my phone ring! Love you hubby!!! :)
